Q: What are your Shipping Times
A: For our Standard Shipping, the maximum delivery date is 4 days
    For our Express Shipping, the maximum is 3 days, it is usually overnight

Q: What is your Factory Location
A: We are located at Marrickville, Sydney. We do shipping and pickups. The street address is 145 Renwick St Marrickville NSW 2204.

Q: Cost
A: The cost depends on your design, how many designs on the garment, the garment(s) you choose and how many you plan to order. We have different costs for digital print, embroidery and screenprint. To have a faster quote, you may visit our website https://24hourmerchandise.com.au/ to check for garments that fit your preference, and from there you may add your custom design. The system will automatically provide you a quote.

Q: Showroom
A: Our only location is a factory in Marrickville, we don't have a huge amount to view as we order most of our stock in, but we have more than enough to get a good idea of fabric types and styles. If clients are happy with AS Colour as a supplier, they have 2 retail locations in Sydney with much more to view/try on, if they wanted to check before ordering.

We order about 90% of our stock, we don't keep it in house. We have examples of different fabric types and some popular products from our main suppliers, but not extended ranges.

If you’re looking for AS Colour items specifically, they have 2 retails stores in Sydney, which have a lot more to view. One location in Newtown, and another in Bondi.

Anything else we may not have the specific item, but potentially something similar to view.
 

Q: Tear-Away Labels / No Labels
A: AS Colour I believe is the only supplier we have that uses tear away labels on a lot of their garments, especially the more popular styles.

 

Q: Custom Labels
A: We don't make or supply labels, you will need to supply them yourself. We can ONLY apply custom labels to AS Colour garments. You will need to send us the labels, and we will send them to AS Colour when we order the stock for your order, as they will replace them before sending the stock out to use. Q: Turnaround Time
A: Standard turnaround is 1-2 weeks, we have faster turnaround options on the website with limited product choices, such as 24 hours and 3-4 days turnaround.

 

Q: Will you print on my own garments?

A: Yes, we have Customer Supplied Garments print & embroidery pricing. It’s on our website under OTHER. You can choose a similar garment, upload your artwork, and our system will give you an instant price. Order turnaround time is 3-5 days from receiving your garments.
 

Q: I don’t know how to use your design tool
A: No worries! We can provide you a quote while we’re on the line!

 

Q: I want to make a payment on the call
A: We got you! We can process payments via call.

 

Q: I’m on the way to pick up my order now
A: Great, we have a team in the factory that will assist you!

 

Q. Can I bring my own garments in to be printed?

A. Yes, you can, our process is you need to place an order online first.

We have a section that says "Customer Supplied Garments", and you need to:

Create an account

Upload your images

Place and size you images

Pay for the order

Then when you bring the garments in, please have the order number marked on the garments.

 

Q: How large can you print?
A: The absolute maximum Print size we can do is 35 cm wide by 40 cm.

 

Q: Do you do dropshipping?
A: We don't offer integrated print-on-demand or fulfilment services through platforms such as Shopify or customer websites. For this type of service, we would recommend contacting a contract printer or a dedicated print-on-demand fulfilment provider who specialises in automated integrations and direct-to-customer shipping.

If you wanted to place an order with us, you would have to place a bulk order, or an individual order for each customer.

Q: Helping a Customer Choose a Garment

A: If a customer is unsure what they want, guide them with these questions:

• “Have you had garments printed before?”

• “Was there a brand you liked?”

• “Was there a style that worked well for you?”

• “Was there a print process you preferred — for example, screen printing or digital?”

• “Is there anything from a previous order that would help us put something together for you?”

 

Q: If I order today (even after 4 PM), will it still be done tomorrow?

A: Pretty much if you order up until midnight tonight, it will be done tomorrow. Most of the time though, even if you order at two or three in the morning, it is still done tomorrow. Note that this applies specifically to the nine items that are in our 24 Hour range.

 

Q: Can we have a specific AS Colour Style that is not in stock in three days' time? (Or other unreasonable/impossible 24-hour requests)

A: Let me check with our Production manager and see if we can perform a miracle for you!

 

Q: What’s the average lifespan of DTF Digital Print?
A: It depends on how well you take care of them and if they follow washing instructions. If washed correctly, they can confidently last 40+ washes.
